This is a super introductory class that was very popular last time! class. The class includes a detailed lecture on workouts for muscles necessary for dancing, stretching, and isolations to move body parts by parts. From there, experience how to develop into “dancing”. This class is welcome not only for those who want to learn basic dance training, but also for those who want to move their bodies to the music, have fun dancing and sweat as much as possible, and for those who are usually in short of exercise!

Barefoot Ballet / Instructor: Hiroto Mochizuki

This time, we will be offering ballet lessons in the form of “barefoot ballet” for a hot, relaxed and fun time! If you have never taken a ballet class before, you can try it out and get some exercise, and if you have taken a ballet class before, it will be a good workout for you! If you have been thinking, “I'm not exercising enough lately, and I want to exercise, but I'm not sure if I want to take a ballet class...” or “I'm not sure if I want to take an open class...”, this is the class for you! The classes are designed to be easy to take for those who are not comfortable taking ballet classes. There is no dress code for ballet, and you are welcome to wear comfortable clothes and barefoot! Whether you want to try ballet or have experience with ballet, let's dance together.

Workout & Improvisation / Instructor: Asako Tanaka

In the workout, we will move our bodies freely with the theme of “touch”. By moving and touching parts of the body that are not normally used, we will awaken new sensations by focusing our awareness on them. <Archive Streaming> Co. Yamada Un "Cosmos"

This omnibus work takes as its motif gardens, hospital rooms, dining tables, lovemaking, chaos, festivals, closed borders, and mundane shapes found here and there on earth. It also includes the sense of loss of everyday life that was born from the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020. These motifs are then condensed into a vortex dance that represents the cosmos, or the order of the universe.
